Blue Cheese Butter

- Makes about ⅓ cup
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup margarine, softened (or butter)
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
Procedures
- Beat all ingredient together until creamy and well blended.
- Refrigerate in small airtight container.
- Use on sandwiches in place of plain butter.
- Try it on baked or roasted potatoes, too.
