Shrimp al Pincho

Ingredients
- 12 shrimps
- ¼ cups dry white wine
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ¼ tsp pepper
- salt to taste
- ½ tsp parsley flakes
- ½ tbsp basil
- 1 pinch paprika
Procedures
- Wash and peel the shrimps and fry in oil with garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and cover the shrimps with wine, parsley and basil and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Place 3 shrimps per skewer and grill for 2 – 3 minutes on each side.
- Brush the shrimps with melted butter while grilling.
