Quick beer mustard

Whisk the mustard together with the cold water in a medium sized bowl & set aside for 10 minutes.
Stir in the beer & mix thoroughly.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to six months.
This mustard makes an excellent addition to salad dressings.
