  1. Combine rhubarb, Sugar, and 3 T. flour and place in greased 8x12 baking dish.
  2. Combine brown sugar, Oats, and 1 1/2 c. flour, cut in butter and shortening, and sprinkle over rhubarb.
  3. Bake at 375 for 35-40 min.
