Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon matzo meal
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon fecula
Directions
- Whip the egg whites.
- Add the yolks.
- Add the matzo and fecula.
- Mix everything.
- Cook like an omelette.
- When its cooked, sprinkle sugar over it and serve.
Tips
- Before sprinkling the sugar, cut into small squares, so it can be eaten with your fingers.
- Goes well with maple syrup
