Procedures

  1. Whip the egg whites.
  2. Add the yolks.
  3. Add the matzo and fecula.
  4. Mix everything.
  5. Cook like an omelette.
  6. When its cooked, sprinkle sugar over it and serve.

Tips

  • Before sprinkling the sugar, cut into small squares, so it can be eaten with your fingers.
  • Goes well with maple syrup
