Procedures

  1. Combine brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, and melted butter.
  2. Press 1/2 of the mixture on the bottom of an 8" or 9" square pan.
  3. Reserve the rest.
  4. In a large saucepan, combine rhubarb, Sugar, water and cornstarch; cook until clear.
  5. Add vanilla.
  6. Pur rhubarb mixture over crust.
  7. Cover with remaining crunch.
  8. Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes.
  9. Cool.
