Description
A good fall back meal using ingredients that many pantries will often have lying in a dusty corner, but are also cheap to pick up.
Ingredients
- 250 g chickpeas
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
Procedures
- Cook the chick peas until soft
- Strain chick peas and place in serving bowl
- Add mustard and stir through
- Pepper and salt to taste
