Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 5 slices white bread, cubed
Procedures
- Melt butter. Add Sugar and eggs.
- Drain pineapple and add to egg mixture. Mix well. Add bread.
- Mix well. Pour into well buttered casserole. Bake ½ hour at 350.
- Sprinkle top with nutmeg or cinnamon.
