- Fry the chopped Onion in oil, add zuchini, peeled, seeded and sliced tomatoes, chopped parsley and dill, finely chopped garlic, Sugar and salt.
- Simmer, covered, until the liquid is reduced and the zuchini are done.
- They may be served hot or cold.
