Procedures

  1. Wash the lettuce and shred, arrange on dish surface.
  2. Wash cuttlefish and cut into pieces, boil by hot water until cooked.
  3. Put cuttlefish on surface of lettuce after cuttlefish cool down.
  4. Mix sauce (1) and (2) and put on surface of cuttlefish, serve.
