Western beans and rice

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 3 cup cooked or canned pinto beans
- -- drained
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 3 cup hot cooked brown rice
Procedures
