Vermicelli Soup
Description
Despite its ingredients, and its name, this soup has been adapted from its original to suit the Dutch palate.
Ingredients
- 1½ liter stock
- 50 g minced beef
- 40 g vermicelli
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- celery
Procedures
- Bring the stock to the boil, sprinkle in the broken vermicelli and leave to boil gently 15 – 20 minutes.
- Roll the mince into small balls and add in for the last 10 minutes.
- Add the parsley and celery just before serving.
