Vegetable Soup I

Description

In Romanian: Supa de zarzavat I

Ingredients

• 2 qts / 2 l water
• 2 big carrots
• 1 celery root
• 2 potatoes
• 2 green peppers
• 1 piece of cabbage
• 1 onion
• 1 parsley root

Procedures

1. Set to boil the julienned carrot, parsley root and onion, cubed potatoes and cabbage.
2. After boiling for a little while, add the green peppers cut in pieces.
3. Boil in a covered pot for two hours.
4. Strain and add salt.
