Unique Sandwich Spread

Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Williams Estate in Tyler, Texas in 1994. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"

Ingredients

• 12 green sweet peppers
• 12 red bell pepper
• 12 large green tomatoes
• 2 medium white onions
• 1 quart white vinegar
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon celery seed
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup prepared mustard
• 1 quart salad dressing

Procedures

1. Grind peppers, tomatoes and onions in food chopper then drain all moisture.
2. Add remaining ingredients and boil for 10 minutes.
3. Remove and add salad dressing.
