Uncle Gordo's Belgian Waffles
Description
Purchased from Neeley Estate in Waxahachie, Texas in 1994. Dated 1947.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk
Procedures
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Bake in a hot waffle iron.
- Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, strawberries of fruit of choice.
