Tutu de Feijão

Procedures

  1. Liquefy in a blender or food processor the cooked pinto beans with the remaining water. The beans will become a cream.
  2. Add more cold water if necessary.
  3. Heat a medium saucepan with oil and pour the beans cream into the pan.
  4. Stir vigorously while adding the seasoned cassava flour.
  5. Add sausage.
