Turkey Dijon Salad
A nice balance of sweet and tangy in this turkey salad. It tastes even better after refrigerated.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds cooked turkey
- 1 jar honey Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Creole mustard
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 2 Vidalia onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 4 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Procedures
- Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl and serve.
