- Cut tripe into 1 inch pieces
- Add tripe to water with half the season and cook till tender
- Make spinner (small dumplings)
- Add the rest of the seasoning along with the margarine and cook for 10 minutes
- Mix the tablespoon flour with ¼ cup water till smooth
- Add and cool for 5 minutes.
