English cucumber
, sliced in half length-wise and sliced
salt
(to taste)
Dressing
1 Tablespoon
sesame oil
1 teaspoon
chili oil
(or to taste)
1 Tablespoon
rice vinegar
Garnish
Chopped
dried chilies
to taste
Procedures
Place sliced
cucumbers
in serving bowl and sprinkle with
salt
to taste.
Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl and pour over
cucumber
slices.
Stir to coat.
Sprinkle with dried chilies to taste.
Stir. Serve cold.
