  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut onion into rings.
  3. Slice green pepper,
  4. Season meat with seasoned salt, pepper, garlic and tenderizer.
  5. Place in fry pan with butter.
  6. Cook 10 minutes on both sides.
  7. Place onion, green pepper in pan. Cook until tender.
  8. Serve sauce as gravy or dip for bread.
  9. Enjoy.
