Sweet Potato Sandwich Loaf

Ingredients

• 1⅓ teaspoons yeast
• 3 cups vegan bread or all purpose flour
• ⅓ cup wheat bran (or substitute flour)
• ⅓ cup mashed cooked sweet potato or yams
• 1½ tablespoons grated orange zest
• ¾ teaspoons salt
• 1½ tablespoons applesauce
• ¾ cup water

Procedures

1. On basic bread cycle: add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions.
2. Makes a nice, soft sandwich loaf.
