Swedish Meatballs with ground beef and pork
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ⅛ cup chopped onions
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Procedures
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Make small balls the size of melon balls.
- Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes.
- Bake longer if making larger meatballs.
