Ingredients
- 7 lbs. 8oz - 1 gallon frozen sliced, sweetened California strawberries, thawed
- 12 bananas
- 24 eggs
- 6 lbs. (3 quarts) plain yogurt
Procedures
1. For individual serving: in blender jar, blend 5 oz. (2/3 cup) strawberries until smooth. 2. Add 1/2 peeled banana, 1 egg and 4 oz. (1/2 cup) yogurt. 3. Blend smooth and serve. Yield: 24 Cups Base
