Strawberries with Cream

Ingredients

• 2 kg strawberry
• 7 yolks
• 500 g sugar
• 1½ l milk
• 2 tbsp starch
• vanilla
• waffles

Procedures

1. Whip yolks with sugar, add vanilla, starch and pour in hot milk, stirring constantly in order to have no lumps.
2. As soon as cream gets dense, pour it over strawberries arranged in the molds.
3. Stink in a waffle before serving.
