Squash Soup

Ingredients
2 tbsp
butter
(
margarine
or
oil
)
2 tbsp chopped
onion
½ tsp
ginger
1 tbsp
flour
2 cups prepared (boiled)
squash
or
pumpkin
2 cups
chicken bouillon
(use Maggi
chicken
cube)
2 cups
milk
salt
Procedures
Sauté
butter
,
onion
and
ginger
.
Stir in
flour
.
Add
squash
and cook 5 minutes.
Gradually add
chicken stock
and
milk
.
Add
salt
to taste.
Simmer for at least 5 more minutes.
