Sour Cream Potatoes
Description
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Henry Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1980. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 9 large potatoes
- 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 8 ounce carton sour cream
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
Procedures
- Cook mash and whip potatoes then add remaining ingredients and put into greased casserole dish.
- Dot with butter and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
