Sour Cream Fettuccine

Sour cream fettuccine from Fiasco, in Marina Del Rey From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"

• Serves 8

Ingredients

• 1 lb fettuccine noodles
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 2 tbsp margarine
• grated Parmesan cheese
• salt
• pepper

Procedures

1. Cook fettuccine until tender. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, mix sour cream, whipping cream and butter in pan. Heat but don't boil.
3. Add Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Pour sauce over hot fettuccine and toss.
5. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.
6. Serve at once.
