Soup with Omelette

Description

In Romanian: Supa cu omleta

Ingredients

• beef or poultry soup

Omelette

• 4 eggs
• 1 tablespoon sour cream
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 1 teaspoon butter
• salt

Procedures

1. Prepare the omelette.
2. Turn onto a cutting board and cut into thin strips.
3. Place in the soup bowl and pour the strained soup on top.
