Simple Mango Jam
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 7½ cups sugar
- 1 bottle liquid pectin
- 4 cups mango purée
Procedures
- Put mango puree into saucepan.
- Add sugar and lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- Bring to a full rolling boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in pectin, all at once.
- Skim off any foam with a spoon.
- Ladle into hot sterilized jars and seal with lids.
