Procedures

  1. Take sausage out of skin.
  2. Chop and brown in pan.
  3. Add flour and milk.
  4. Cook until bubbly.
  5. Add thyme, dill, lemon juice and sauerkraut.
  6. Cook over low heat for about 5 more minutes.
