Ingredients
- 300 g smoked fish fillet
- 2 yolks hard boiled
- 75 g butter
- lemon juice to taste
Procedures
- Grind and yolks in the mincer.
- Stir in butter and lemon juice to your taste.
- Spread the mass on a bread slice ⅕ inch thick and cover with another one.
