Description

Green Mojo Sauce. This is a thin sauce for fish. No two recipes are the same for mojo sauces but this is fairly typical.

Ingredients

• olive oil
• wine vinegar
• green pepper
• garlic
• finely chopped parsley
• finely chopped coriander leaves
• (avocado if you want a creamier sauce)

Procedures

1. Pound together in a mortar.
