Romanian-style Strawberries with Cream

In Romanian: Capsuni cu frisca
Ingredients
- 2 lbs / 1 kg strawberries
- 1 cup rum
- ½ cup sugar
- whipped cream to taste
= Procedures
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Take a trifle bowl and arrange a layer of strawberries, some sugar, some rum.
- Repeat until you use up all strawberries.
- Refrigerate.
- When serving, add a layer of whipped cream and garnish with a few strawberries on top.
