Rich Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 3 ripe bananas
• ⅓ cup Sugar
• vanilla
• 4 eggs
• ½ cup flour
• 1 cup milk
• ¼ cup butter
• a pinch of salt

Procedures

1. cream the butter and the Sugar.
2. Add the mashed bananas.
3. Add the flour, beaten eggs, and milk alternatively.
4. Beat well between each addition.
5. Pour into a greased pan and bake in a moderate Dutch oven for 45 minutes.
