Rhubarb Nectar
Description
- Makes about 1 Litre
Ingredients
- 1.00 package (1 kg) frozen chopped rhubarb
- 1.00 l water
- 250.00 ml sugar
- 15.00 ml lemon juice
- soda water (optional)
Procedures
- Combine all ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
- Strain through cheesecloth.
- Refrigerate.
- Just before serving, combine one part soda water with two parts rhubarb nectar.
