Radish salad

Description

In Romanian: Salata de ridichi de luna

Ingredients

• 3-4 bunches of radishes,
• 1 hard boiled egg,
• 2-3 tablespoons sour cream,
• salt

Procedures

1. Wash and thinly slice the radishes.
2. Sieve the yolk and mix with sour cream; pour onto the radishes.
3. Add thinly sliced egg white, salt and mix well.
