RICE BREAD

Ingredients

• 4 cups of cream of rice
• 4 cups of mashed ripe banana
• 8 teaspoons baking powder
• ½ tablespoons soda mixed with 1 teaspoon lime juice
• ½ cup Sugar
• ½ cup water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup cooking oil

Procedures

1. Mix ingredients in order given.
2. Pour mixture into well greased baking pan.
3. Bake at 400◦ until done and nicely browned.
