Quick and Easy Basic Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• ½ cup cold-pressed essential oils or extra virgin olive oil
• ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (the vinegar of your choice will do in a pinch)
• 2 tsp dry mustard powder
• 1 – 2 tbsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you'd like it)

Procedures

1. Place all ingredients in a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously until well-combined.
2. Pour over your salad, toss, and serve immediately.
