Ingredients

flour

5 oz/150 g
butter
,
7 oz/200 g
confectioner's sugar
,
2
eggs
,
1/4 cup wine,
1/4 cup
rum
,
vanilla
,
vanilla
flavored
confectioner's sugar
Procedures
cream
the
butter
with the
Sugar
, adding the
eggs
one by one, then
vanilla
, wine and
rum
.
Knead with the
flour
to get a medium soft dough out of which you shape pretzels.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at medium heat and sprinkle with
vanilla
flavored
confectioner's sugar
while still hot.
