Polpetta

• Serves 6

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1 egg
• ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
• ½ cup bread crumbs
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 2 drops garlic oil
• 1 onion, chopped fine
• 2 tbsp salt

Procedures

1. Mix ingredient together and form into balls.
2. Brown in hot oil.
