Polish Tomato Salad

Ingredients

• tomatoes
• spring onions
• an onion
• vinaigrette
• Zubrowka (bison herb vodka)

Procedures

1. Slice or quarter tomatoes and mix with thinly sliced spring onion and very thinly sliced onion to taste.
2. Mix with vinaigrette and a shot of Zubrowka.
3. It is the Zubrowka which gives the tomatoes that special twang!.
