Pesto Sandwich

Ingredients

• 1 whole Wheat roll
• * ripe tomato
• 3-5 Mushrooms
• pesto: fresh basil leaves, 2-3 garlic cloves, olive oil, walnuts

Procedures

• For the pesto- Place the basil, garlic, olive oil and walnuts in a food processor.

• Spread the pesto on both sides of the roll. Slice Mushrooms and saute them in some olive oil. Slice tomato and into rings. place all in the roll.
