Ingredients
3-4 cups
basil
leaves
2 cloves
garlic
little
salt
and
pepper
½ cup
olive oil
(or part
lemon juice
)
½ cup
Parmesan cheese
½ cup
walnuts
Procedures
Grind
basil
, parmesan,
walnuts
and
garlic
in food processor til well ground, then add
oil
slowly.
Store in refrigerator up to two months.
