Orange-glazed Beets

• Serves 4

Ingredients

• 1 can small whole beets, drained (16 oz)
• 3 tbsp orange marmalade
• 1 tbsp vinegar

Procedures

1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Put beets in ungreased 1 quart casserole.
3. Mix marmalade and vinegar and drizzle on beets.
4. Cover and bake until beets are hot, about 30 minutes.
