Description
Serve hot as a meat accompaniment. Makes 6 - 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 x 11-ounce can mandarin orange segments, drained
- ¾ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped chutney
- ⅓ cup flaked coconut
- ¼ cup chopped nuts
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 3 cups cooked rice
