Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce
Description
A dipping sauce for Vietnamese rolls, like the Soft Rolls with Crab
Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup fish sauce (nam pla)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- juice of ½ a lime
Procedures
- Mix together ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
