No cholesterol chocolate cake

Ingredients
- 2 cup flour
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 8 tbsp cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup lite or cholesterol-
- 1 x free mayonnaise
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Procedures
Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix on high speed with electric mixer for 3 minutes. Pour into pan (one 9x13 or two 8" layers) sprayed with nonstick coating and bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes. Note: from the teacher that submitted this. "we also bake it in ice cream cones, 30 seconds each in the microwave; top with ice cream."
