Nigerian Avocado Dip
Description
Serve as a dip or a spread with assorted breads and crackers.
Ingredients
- 1 package silken tofu
- 2 large avocados, diced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp salt
Procedures
- In blender, puree tofu until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, and blend well.

- Bake at 350 F for about 10 – 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
