Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (or 1 can, 4 oz sliced mushrooms, drained)
- 2 tbsp flour
- ¾ cup chicken stock
- ½ cup half and half
- 2 tbsp sherry
Procedures
- Sauté butter and mushrooms.
- Add flour and stir in very well.
- Gradually stir in chicken stock and half and half.
- Cook until thickened and season with sherry.
